Davíð Örn Hákonarsson

Davíð Örn Hákonarson is an Icelandic chef living and woking in Paris.


He did his studies in Iceland at Vox Restaurant before he moved to Denmark where he lived for 7 years working at the best restaurants in Copenhagen. He has gained his experience at michelin starred restaurants as a sous chef such as Herman, Grønbech & Churchill and Kong Hans Kælder.

He moved to Paris in the summer of 2016 and took over as a hed chef at Restaurant Co in the 18th district where he makes modern scandinavian-mediteranian food, in a casual fine dining presentation, served in his own personal way in a kuirky and relaxed athmosphere.
