Chris Bassett is the Executive Chef at both Portland and Clipstone restaurants in London, part of the esteemed Woodhead Restaurant Group. Chris has been a key figure within the group for several years, beginning his journey as head chef at The Quality Chop House before playing a pivotal role in the openings of both Portland and Clipstone. Before joining Woodhead, Chris honed his skills in the north of England, working under renowned chef Michael Caines in Chester, and later serving as Head Chef at the acclaimed Hispi under Gary Usher
