Ricardo Acquista, an Argentine chef, has been a prominent figure in the culinary world for over 16 years, collaborating with chef Rafa Zafra on six projects in Spain. His journey began in 1997 in Argentina, where he worked as a culinary teacher and later as Second Head Chef at a leading catering company. In 2002, he became Head Chef at a top market cuisine restaurant in Rosario. His European career started in 2006 in Spain, and he has since worked in prestigious roles, including at elBulli Hotel and restaurant, earning Michelin stars for his work. Acquista also led kitchens in Qatar and the Philippines, winning awards and undertaking significant projects. In Spain, he has opened several restaurants, including ESTIMAR Madrid and RURAL, showcasing his culinary expertise and innovation.
