Mattias Bratt
Chef Mattias Bratt is the creative force behind Stockholm's celebrated dining spots, Racamaca and Ring Katarina. In 2015, Mattias, alongside his business partner Rasmus Langer, launched Racamaca, a Basque-inspired tapas bar nestled in the heart of Mariatorget. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and delectable pintxos, Racamaca has become a favorite among locals and industry professionals. The restaurant will celebrate its 10th anniversary this summer.
Building on this success, Mattias along with partners Rasmus, Fredrik, and Erik came together to introduce Ring Katarina, a dynamic wine and food bar located at Katarina Bangata 66. Drawing inspiration from French and Italian cuisines, Ring Katarina has quickly established itself as a go-to spot for exceptional food and drink, earning acclaim for its inviting ambiance and diverse menu.
Beyond his culinary ventures, Mattias co-founded Gröna Linjen Bryggeri in 2015 with Rasmus Bergmark and Rasmus Langer. Their pursuit of brewing excellence has led to their beers being featured in Michelin-starred restaurants and local favorites, reflecting their commitment to quality and innovation.
Balancing his professional endeavors, Mattias cherishes time with his family, often catering to his most discerning critic—his one-year-old son. His unwavering dedication to the restaurant industry continues to shape Stockholm's culinary landscape, offering vibrant and memorable dining experiences for all.
